At cosmetic clinics and spas across Canada, PDO thread lifts are being marketed as a safe, minimally invasive treatment that can be done over a lunch break.

Isabella felt her face looked a bit uneven, so she booked an appointment at a Richmond Hill cosmetic clinic.

She had frequented the clinic to get fillers 鈥 gel-like substances injected into the skin to give the face a smooth, plumper look. But this time, she was offered something new. It鈥檚 basically a facelift, she says she was told, but without the surgery.
